As for suggestions for your page:
You could link your spotify, add status updates, a pet (but you have to make sure to add a tic tac toe section to keep them entertained), a page views count, a section dedicated to your interests (I have a recipes section in my page for example), a mailbox perhaps?, a stamp section, and you could even group them by categories (color, fandom, aesthetic, purpose, etc), even a daily blog of sorts, but that's more maintenance ngl. There's really no limit to what you can do here I think

I am struggling with this audio thing how do you guys do it? im on pc :p
First get a yt link and copy the link. Then, go to a website that can convert links to mp3/mp4. I use YT.MATE for that (don’t click any other links and don’t fall for the ads) and then download it and it should be in ur files. Then, go to the audio thing and upload the audio. And there u go!
